The service was significantly over priced, and then we had to bring the car back again for software problems and then picked the car up again after several days when we were informed the issue was fixed, and as soon as we got the car home, the issue happened again. Very frustrated with the poor service

Mike Tran kept me up to date with everything going on and ensure I had a great loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop.
