I bought a new car with no hassles. The pricing was what I expected and my trade in was what I expected. I paid cash, and have to bring back the car for a couple of add ons.

Alec provides exceptional customer service. And I appreciated the loaner car (brand new RX 350). In all the times I have had a loaner car while having my car serviced, I have never been as tempted to upgrade to the new model. But this RX had all the bells and whistles and it was a treat to drive. Thank you for providing loaner cars while ours are being worked on. And also for the cappuccino I enjoyed dropping off my car and picking it up. Lexus has a way of treating their customers so well...it is hard to think about buying anything but a Lexus!

Came in to have oil changed and other fluids for one year checkup. I was impressed with how clean they kept my vehicle. I was fine with the wait time since they did quite a bit to the vehicle. They were friendly. I also had them look at the rear of my vehicle since someone had hit the back of my vehicle. I have filed the claim with the insurance and will be having Lexus fix it if the price is not out of range for the insurance company. I was told they may have to have vehicle two weeks which was a long time for me. Only has scratches and needs paint and calibration of sensors so hope all works out and that I will not be out of pocket if Lexus is competitive. I really don't want anyone else touching my vehicle except Lexus. I will let you know how that goes.
