Juan Vargas was very nice and helpful. He was attentive to all of our needs.

I have complained about my $$$ Mark Levison system that cost extra sounded worst than the standard system with answer. We had a rent car, same model and it sounded great? unhappier customer!

Although I’m not related to anyone at Park Place Lexus they treated me like I was. Could not be happier with my car, and the hospitality they gave getting us together.

Alex was great. I had a hectic morning before I got there. He was so calm, friendly and helpful. He made sure I was comfortable in the loan car that was provided. Called me as soon as my car was ready. He is the best and most polite service man that I have used at Lexus. I will continue to ask for him when I come.
