The experience buying a car honestly went better than I expected. We were greeted and treated very well by front desk. They quickly introduced us to McKenzie. I can’t say enough good things about her. I was anxious and uncomfortable having to deal with a “salesman”. McKenzie was so kind and patient. We immediately felt at ease with her. She listen to us and tried to help us find the best match for our needs. She was so pleasant and friendly. It was truly much easier going than I anticipated. This was not my first car with Park Place Lexus and most likely won’t be the last.
