Mr Ez Was polite and courteous, he did take the time to get to know my needs and my ability to buy. He didn’t walk me out to one vehicle. He didn’t show me one vehicle. We literally stayed at his desk the whole time, he did bring me a snack though.I feel like he just didn’t want to show me any cars.My credit score through Trans Union Equifax and Experian is in the 820 to the 860 range. I probably don’t look like somebody with high credit. I probably don’t look like somebody who can afford to buy a car that cost more than $10,000 and just so you know looks can be deceiving. I wanted to buy a vehicle. Before this, I bought my last vehicle at PARK PLACE in Fort Worth. I was interested in a third row seating SUV with Leather, I was interested in the Infiniti at y’all’s Plano location because I liked the low price of being around $10,000 or $11,000… I went to the Grapevine location for Park Place to check out the Subaru you have.I ultimately purchased out of town, I spent $27,000 I got a 2020 Subaru ascent with an extended warranty and gap coverage… I was approved through USAA but wound up using the dealerships lender, they shipped my car to me and even wrote For Sherri with little hearts on the window shield with shoe polish, it was a great experience with the other dealership. I feel like Jennifer really dropped the ball. She just kept giving me dead end answers rather than trying to find solutions.

Every other time I have come has been great but this time it was a little bit frustrating. Starting with my attempted phone call where I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I was kind of in a dire situation because I had a tire issue and I was trying to figure out where to go and unfortunately, your lines were not connecting me even though they kept telling me I was the next Caller in line. Finally upon arrival I was told it could my tire issue would take 45 minutes. It ended up taking a little over two hours. It would’ve been nice to just get a little bit more communication and maybe an extra apology or something for this situation.Like I said every other time I have been with you guys it has been great. Just a disappointing experience this time.

Jessica was amazing. They were never pushy but always available to answer any questions. I financed the car through Chase bank. Jessica made the process seamless. I would definitely trust and recommend her for any car purchase.

Fred Guiette was great! Friendly and very helpful. Kept me apprised the entire time I was waiting on the service. My “regular” service tech was not available so it was my first time working with him. Will definitely work with him again.
