He offered sincere condolences several times. Instructed me on what documents were needed and how to proceed. After I got the documents in order, I reached out to him. Met with me the same day. Was very professional. Took the stress out of a difficult time. Have never had anything but great interactions with Park Place Lexus over the past decade. From Dales, Finance and service. They consistently exceed my expectations.

I was greeted promptly and told that my service advisor was off that day but another advisor would be with me shortly. A couple of minutes later Bryce Harrison came out and checked me in. The check in was handled very professionally and promptly. Bryce called me when he said he would and my car was ready for pick up when he said it would be. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Juan helped orchestrate a solution for my problem through sales management. My service experience was excellent thanks to Juan.I feel Juan exemplifies the Park Place culture.
