I live out of state, found a car online that was what I was looking for but had never bought a car without seeing it in person before, completely new concept that you can pick one online and get it deleted to your door, like an Amazon package but tad bigger, lol! I found a few in other states/dealers and in talking to those sales teams experienced choppy communication (hands offs to other folks, poor response time,) and when it came to submitting the final term sheet with the breakdown of fees, there were always fees woven in the bill that had not been disclosed upfront. I’ve been in sales, was a big turn off, transparency is always best. Like many who look at details, you notice the padded admin fees, etc… This is not at all what I experienced with Park Place and with Derrick. He understood this dynamic of buying a car ‘unseen’ and was responsive, worked to understand my needs, helpful, relatable and made sure he supported the process so everything went smooth. The car term sheet had not one hidden fee, the car arrived and it was exactly as I expected, a gently used car in immaculate condition. I highly recommend working with Derrick at Park Place, he understands the market and his customers well.

My intent was to really look at a car and test drive. After doing that, I realized it was what I was looking for, only a few months early than what I was planning.. The whole event was calming, no pressure, the car easily sold itself with Shane answering the questions. Shane was very good at answering everything. It was a good car buying experience
