JR was a very professional and friendly Park Place associate. We reviewed the cars in transit and decided on the right model and color that suited our needs/wants. He explained all the options of addons and helped us with the correct decisions. He was very kind and helpful when we had questions after the sale was completed. We would definitely contact JR again when we are in need of a new vehicle.

G’Keria was awesome to work with and please tell her I said so! Given your current shortage of inventory of the model and features I was looking for, she turned over every stone to find a car for me. Ultimately, I put down a reserve deposit on a car she was able to order for me. Unfortunately, the car will be coming from Canada, so it all depends on whether my order is able to avoid the upcoming tariffs and our deal holds together. I’ve got my fingers crossed but so far there hasn’t been any definitive news about how Lexus will handle customers who put a deposit down before the tariffs become effective but the car was not in country yet.🤞🏼
