Ash was a wonderful sales agent. My husband called and told Ash exactly what I wanted. We live in another state so Ash had everything prepared for our arrival. Ash was very knowledgeable about the product. I am so happy with my purchase. I absolutely recommend this location.

No pressure , Ash was a true professional

It was fine

David Hagen did a great job.

Jonathan took great care of us as usual.

Bobby was great it was the second care that we have purchased with him. Very comfortable in all aspects of the purchase. I came in the next day and worked with Renee he showed me all the tech on my car and helped me with my phone set up. He was very kind and patient.

Both Ezell and Reyes were helpful and knowledgeable.

Brian Safianow worked with us step by step to ensure we checked off all our preferences for the interior and exterior of the TX350. It was a pleasure working with him—he kept us informed with regular updates and the shipment status. Once the vehicle arrived, Mike Cotter made the financing process seamless and clearly explained all the services and package options. Overall, it was an excellent experience at Park Place Grapevine, thanks to outstanding support from Brian and Mike.

Always appreciate Fred's thoughtfulness and consideration.
