I met Fred Guiette who agreed to be my Service Advisor as my previous was out for medical issues. Fred was very friendly and understood my concerns for my visit. It was for the camera recall and Crystal Fusion warranty for a chip on my windshield. I had arranged for a loner vehicle and Fred did his best to get it for me as quick as he could.He kept me updated on my vehicle and said it would be ready the next day. He was taking very good care of me and it was very much appreciated. I am glad Fred is my new Advisor.

I showed up as scheduled at 1030 on Feb 16 and waited 30 minutes but was then told that you didn’t have a loaner car as promised. I had to reschedule twice.

I was 50miles from home baby-sitting my granddaughter, when I discovered I had a dead battery and was unable to get her to school. Fortunately, my son left his car in the garage while he was away so I took care of grandchild. I got a hotshot from AAA and took it to the nearest Lexus Service center. They promptly replaced the battery and while I was there performed the 65K service as I also just got a warning. A few hours later I was on my way.
