Reyes showed me the essential features of the car before I left. Two days later I had accidentally pushed the hatch window unbeknownst to me. Bells & lights were going off & I had no idea what the issue was. I called Shane & unfortunately it was his day off. He was still ready to help & called Alec to help me when I arrived, which he did.
