Dylan Granade took great care of us during our 2 visits. We gave him an idea as to what we were looking for. He stayed patient, attentive and considerate to our needs. He did not push the sale hard. It was an overall great experience.

Elliott McCray was so helpful and polite and friendly, I see myself coming back in the future, It was a great experience

We knew what car we wanted prior to our arrival, our salesperson, Dey, was great to work with and quickly let us drive the car and move quickly through the process. In total we were there for less than two hours which is greatly appreciated!

Overall it was great. Brandon was very responsive and knowledgeable.

Overall I had a good experience. I think some departments aren’t necessarily communicating with others. So once the sales lead called me to set an appointment for technical training for a specific time and I show up at the appointed time, I don’t expect an odd interaction…..it was odd to see that no one was expecting me after all for my so-called appointment. It was as though an appointment was never actually made for me. Nonetheless, someone came to help me. But even then I wasn’t given that person’s business card for any follow up questions although they offered me a business card if I had any follow up questions…..and said they would be happy to help and went to grab a business card. The business card just didn’t have the same person’s name on it. Perhaps explaining whose name is on the business card would help customers not feel like they are being pushed off to the next person. It Didn’t help that everyone was confused when I showed up for the “scheduled” appointment initially. Just interesting experience.

We had a great experience at Park Place finding our New Car ! Shon Wood was very easy to work with and was very knowledgeable about everything that we had questions about. We enjoyed working with him and have gained a new friend along the way! Looking forward to enjoying all the perks that come with Park Place!
