Met best sales person!

This is my 2nd "amazing" car from Park Place" and was really even better than my first! I, unfortunately, totalled my 2021 and was in the hospital for a week. I had a fleeting thought that I would get a smaller, less expensive car, bit when I thought about it, my Lexus saved my life!! If I had been in anything other than Lexus, I would not be here! I called Derreck Nicholson and everything was done via emai, text, and phone. Derreck, personally brought my car to me as well as all paperwork. He is one of the kindest, friendly and professional man I have ever dealt with. A personally want to thank him for all that he did for me.

Derek was awesome!! Made our buying experience easy and very enjoyable!!

Shon Hood is the most amazing and caring salesman I’ve dealt with. He’s so sweet and compassionate. Choose Shon if you get a choice. Park Place Lexus Grapevine is awesome!!

Day did an amazing job with my son and I really enjoyed the buying experience.

Great sales experience with EZ Williamson

It was good. Ash was very helpful and guiding us.

Jessica Martinez did an excellent job of helping us select and purchase a new RX350h Premium+ SUV. She made certain we understood the options available and provide detailed explanation of what is covered, warranties etc. A delight to work with. I plan to purchase a second vehicle from her in the near future.

I think this is the 5th vehicle I have bought with Shane. He’s not a salesman…. He’s a good friend. I always refer my client to him. He’s a rockstar but I’m sure you already know. Good dude 🤠

Working with Terry was a very smooth and pain free experience.
