I came in to have my car serviced and spoke with my service manager, Fred Guiette about what maintenance may be needed for my ES 350 and thempossibility of trading it in for an RX 350h. He devised that with my low mileage I really didn’t need a maintenance after reviewing my service records, and introduced me to Derrick Nicholson, who showed me what was in stock and answered all my questions. Found a vehicle I loved and ended up completing the trade and purchased the new RX350h. Both men have been fantastic to work with and I love my new SUV!
