After purchasing a used vehicle from Lexus, after a heavy rain there was water in the cab of the truck. Used vehicles are sold "as is" but Lexus stepped up and had their techs clean out the moon roof drains. When the next storm hit, more water leaked in. Lexus again stepped up and had me bring the truck back to them, provided me with a loaner truck, and sent the truck to the Ford dealer down the road, where they adjusted the 2 moon roofs and tested with no leaks.

Katelyn was very good in keeping me up to date on my GX delivery. Chris my tech specialist was very good in showing me the vehicular options.

Was given loaner car as well while my car was being serviced. My experience at Lexus Grapevine has been great since getting my vehicle last year from them.
