Very easy buying experience

Ash, our sales person, exceeded our expectations in getting the car we were looking to buy. Ash is an excellent representative for Park Place. He absolutely did a superb job in finding the car with the everything on it that we desired. He made the whole buying process smooth and efficient.

G'Kheria Collins was the only person on the sales floor that took the time to see if I needed any assistance. Guessing I was invisible to the other 20 sales people in the showroom. Exact same experience I had when I purchased my RC300

Really good experience with the sales person. Disappointed that we traveled from plano to purchase a specific car in stock, it was sold out from under us after test driving and sitting down to negotiate. Vehicle should have been reserved while we finalized the transaction.Very disappointing!
