Great service and professional.

Brandon was amazing. He has gained a customer for life.

Khaled was no pressure sales and gave is space to look at and drive the vehicles. We liked this because most sales folks won’t leave you alone.Buying process was smooth and hassle free.

My experience was absolutely wonderful and that all goes to Khalid. He made my experience comfortable and easy. I did not feel pressured and he answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly - and this is what led to me purchasing a vehicle at Park Place Grapevine. Khalid is an absolute gem!

I worked with Jessica Martinez in purchasing and trading in cars. Jessica was exceptional.

Everyone was extremely nice & well informed about all the questions I had. Shane Welter found me a beautiful 2023 GX 460 that looks & drives like a brand new one, while trading in my Pathfinder. Reyes showed me the essential features of the car before I left. Two days later I had accidentally pushed the hatch window unbeknownst to me. Bells & lights were going off & I had no idea what the issue was. I called Shane & unfortunately it was his day off. He was still ready to help & called Alec to help me when I arrived, which he did. I was set up with a tech appointment on Monday with Ranae, He was very helpful & patient. I will highly recommend Park Place Lexus to everyone I know.

Brian is my hero. Enough said.

Kevin Cleveland is outstanding

Problem free transaction and salesperson Courtney Landgraf was very knowledgeable and helpful and followed up quickly to questions.

Brian Safianow was and has been the main reason i purchased my vehicle from Park Place. My first conversation with Brian was last year and he has been attentive, professional and an ideal salesman the entire process I went through.
