Wonderful experience - went to get my license plates put on for new car - had slightly damagedwheel - was able to get the 1,000 maintenance AND the wheel repaired and was out the doorbefore expected. Really and truly appreciate that kind of service. Jonathan was a real pleasureto work with.

Great experience. Kevin Cleaveland was our salesman and he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Derrick was professional and personable. He has extensive knowledge of the Lexus lineup and features. The transaction was quick and easy.I found several vehicles closer to home but chose Lexus of Grapevine because of Derrick. He made us feel comfortable and he was very hospitable. It was such a pleasant experience.

Very pleasant

It was good

Dylan Granade took great care of us during our 2 visits. We gave him an idea as to what we were looking for. He stayed patient, attentive and considerate to our needs. He did not push the sale hard. It was an overall great experience.

Elliott McCray was so helpful and polite and friendly, I see myself coming back in the future, It was a great experience

Love it. Salesman was the best

We knew what car we wanted prior to our arrival, our salesperson, Dey, was great to work with and quickly let us drive the car and move quickly through the process. In total we were there for less than two hours which is greatly appreciated!

Overall it was great. Brandon was very responsive and knowledgeable.
