Derrick Nicholson was fabulous. He has heart warming personality and wanted to make my wishes come true. The transition from cars was easy. Dealing with Park Place is always a pleasure.

Install license plates on a new auto purchase along with a carwash. Again excellent customer service & work was completed sooner than expected

Our sales person, Ash Afrouzi was really oustanding. He was very helpful , knowlegible and professional in every possible way. He made our buying experience thoroughly enjoyable.I will be singing his praises to all my friends!

Nice salesman and beautiful dealership

Everyhting went smoothly and efficiently to get our windshield replaced.

This is my fourth Lexus vehicle purchased from EZ Williamson and Park place Lexus Grapevine. EZ is just the best . He’s honest, friendly and goes out of his way to make sure my needs are met with every car I’ve purchased. Truly a shining addition to a great dealership. I can’t say enough good things and I refuse to deal with anyone else!🤣

We had the best car buying experience ever with Pete Bagrow. He understood what we were looking for and found us the perfect car and the entire process was easy and simple.

Courtney was great to work with. Very nice and helpful
