Buying experience good however, major paint damage to hood was undetected during quality checks. Drove home the car and found poor paint job done on hood. The car should have been checked thoroughly before picking up. I’m now in a loaner after waiting 9 months for my GX550 :(

I was there to pick up the NX 350 that I ordered from Shane. He was very accommodating and took his time explaining the car and let me take a test drive. Also, the young man who helped with all of the features inside the car was very helpful.The only thing that was a little disappointing was when we went to the waiting area and got a drink from the soda machine. The drain was very dirty… Almost didn’t want to take a drink out of it. Otherwise, it was a great visit.
