Great leasing experience. Ash is great!!

John was great to work with!

I had a fantastic experience buying a Lexus at Park Place Lexus Grapevine. Joe Phu was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Joe made the whole process stress free.

Vehicle did not start, had to call AAA to get a jump, did not have an appointment. Greg was able to take care of me and get recommended service and provided a loan vehicle.

I have been purchasing my vehicles from Park Place for over 25 years, starting with my first Lexus in Grapevine in 2000. I have always been treated like family and felt comfortable at any of the dealerships. I contacted Tim Walker for a test drive but had to cancel due to weather. I rescheduled the following day, but Tim was off, and had a chance to meet Nick for a head turning test drive with my daughter. I weighed my options and returned a couple days later, with my wife, to purchase the vehicle with Tim. We said ‘hi’ to GM Pete, who gave us an outstanding deal on a former Park Place trade-in, and made us feel welcomed as returning VIPs. Tim was professional and insightful with his comments and truly made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I will continue to buy from and recommend Park Place for their exceptional offerings and legendary customer service!

Great experience and the team really stepped up after the sale as well.

Excellent and efficient time management in closing.

Derrick Nicholson and Bobby were fantastic to work with. They made the experience very pleasant and efficient.
