Danny was amazing. He worked with me until everything was perfect.

Super experience with Danny Cantu. Bought an ES300h and I am very pleased.

The team we interfaced with was great, and Terry Song was outstanding in building the relationship and selling us the car.

Amazing as always will come again

Excellant

Ash A. made the car buying stress free .

Easy and executed well

I have always been impressed with all of the staff at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine. Your expertise and dedication to service is second to none.

You are excellent

The salesman Ezell did not have time to serve us due to previously planned personal reasons. I’d met Elliot in the foyer while waiting for Ezell ( referred by Paul Kim@ Plano; neither of whom we knew.) Ezell said something that I didn’t agree with regarding sales compensation when handing us over to Elliot, that he’d set it up to split the sale with Elliott. Elliot was very kind from start to finish to finish and made us feel that we were his priority. We’re customers of Sewell and have been since 1994. The only reason we came to Park Place was for the car we ended up purchasing that very night. We saw ego and humility that day and will choose humility every time
