We came in unhappy with our purchase of the TX350. The vehicle just did not work well for us and then with the recall on it we did not feel like it was safe either. After looking at several vehicles we decided to go back to the LS. We previously have driven the LS for over 30 years - our first was in 1990. Randall was very patient with us - we spent most of the day before finally deciding to purchase the LS 500.

We were quickly greeted by Mr. Karam, he showed us to the car we came to look at. He was very transparent about costs, carfax was handed over and any work that was done to make it read for sale was also printed and handed over. Full transparency was so refreshing. I was in and out with my new car in less than 1.5 hours and I’m thankful.
