John Hosler consistently delivers outstanding customer service and made sure I got the best deal on my new car. His dedication and expertise are why I keep coming back to Park Place Lexus Grapevine as a repeat customer. Highly recommend!

The people that work at the place are friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and are willing to assist you with whatever you need. Whether you have a question about a product or need help finding something in the store, they are there to lend a hand. Their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond make the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. It's refreshing to encounter such great customer service.

Very satisfied for kindness and all services.

Buying a new car was simple with Katelyn's guidance. She answered all my questions with ease and grace and didn't pressure me to buy the extras she offered.

I purchased two new cars last month from different dealerships, and have some perspective on the right way to do things and the wrong way. Mike Cotter does things the right way. He helped me purchase my first Lexus, and because of him, I’ll only shop at Park Place Lexus of Grapevine in the future. A+ service. 10 out of 10, I would recommend to everyone.

Our experience with David Hagen was amazing! He had the RX ready for us to test drive when we arrived. His professionalism, service and knowledge of the vehicle was top shelf! And a few days after our purchase he checked in to see how we enjoying the car. Excellent experience and I will recommend anyone looking to buy to come see David.
