Courtney was amazing - from the first call to sending me on my way just a short time later. I spent less than one hour in the dealership - she had everything pre-planned and laid out upon my arrival. She made sure the tech was ready to walk through the car while she processed the paper work. The car was cleaned and prepped before I arrived.
