I’ve had a great experience with my local Lexus dealership over the past month, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the outstanding service I’ve received — especially from Service Manager Fred Guiette. Recently, I had to bring my car in for an engine issue that required several days in the shop. During that time, I was accommodated with a loaner vehicle, and what made it even better was that it happened to be a model I’ve been interested in upgrading to in the future. It was a nice opportunity to get familiar with it while my car was being serviced. Throughout the repair process, Fred kept me updated with every new development and regularly checked to make sure I was still comfortable with the loaner situation, which I really appreciated. The drop-off and pick-up process was seamless and well-organized, even during what seemed like a busy time at the service department. Not long after, I needed to return for a routine service appointment. I called the same day, and they were able to get me in quickly with a loaner vehicle again, which made my day so much easier. Fred made sure I understood what services were being performed, what to expect, and followed up after to check that everything was running smoothly. It’s rare to find service that consistently feels this personal, attentive, and efficient. I genuinely appreciate Fred’s kindness, professionalism, and the extra effort to make sure every visit is hassle-free.
