I came in to have my car serviced and spoke with my service manager, Fred Guiette about what maintenance may be needed for my ES 350 and thempossibility of trading it in for an RX 350h. He devised that with my low mileage I really didn’t need a maintenance after reviewing my service records, and introduced me to Derrick Nicholson, who showed me what was in stock and answered all my questions. Found a vehicle I loved and ended up completing the trade and purchased the new RX350h. Both men have been fantastic to work with and I love my new SUV!

We worked with Terry Song. Terry was excellent to work with and made our car buying experience more pleasant than expected. We purchased our previous RX at Sewell and we went there earlier in the day. However, our experience with the salesman at Sewell was disappointing and he seemed to rely on Sewell's reputation to make the sale. Terry's approach was very different. We did not tell Terry that we were at Sewell earlier that day. However, Terry effortlessly taught us so much more about the RX features and options than at Sewell and did a much better job selling us the RX. He did a great job with answering all of our questions. We are planning on buying another Lexus vehicle in the near future and we hope to work with Terry again.
