The purchase was excellent. The salesman was terrific to work with. The car is perfect. The only improvement I could suggest was in the tech. guidance appointment. The lady that was assigned to us was not well trained and kept asking if we were done. We had most of the process complete by the time she started to work with us. A lot of the remaining questions she had to look up on her phone and finally said ( I don't know ) we had to have another tech come out and complete several things, connecting the key fobs to seat settings, and a few other questions. Our salesman, Derek, came out to answer our final question and climbed into the trunk to help us figure out what something was in the trunk. All in all, a great experience and lovely showroom. Our salesman really made everything very pleasant and easy for us. We really enjoyed our time with him. Thom McClinton
