The experience buying a car honestly went better than I expected. We were greeted and treated very well by front desk. They quickly introduced us to McKenzie. I can’t say enough good things about her. I was anxious and uncomfortable having to deal with a “salesman”. McKenzie was so kind and patient. We immediately felt at ease with her. She listen to us and tried to help us find the best match for our needs. She was so pleasant and friendly. It was truly much easier going than I anticipated. This was not my first car with Park Place Lexus and most likely won’t be the last.

Always feel known and appreciated when I am at this dealership.

We had a great experience with John as our salesperson.

Good

Pleased with the quality and efficiency of service provided to me by Fred Guiette. He explained the diagnostics on my vehicle and helped assist me on the decisions that I could only make based on several factors. I have requested Fred G. In prior visits and completely satisfied when I leave your dealership.

Follow up on a previous service that needed to be fixed again. Joe Ramirez was great to work with.
