Our experience began by me contacting the dealership online. I was looking for a 2022 Lexus RX350 with low miles. Khalid Karam reached out to me. They currently had one, but it wasn't what I was looking for. I finally narrowed it down to white exterior with black exterior. Khalid contacted me with a phone call and pictures as soon as one came in. We made the deal by texts and calls, and my husband and I drove 4 1/2 hours to see and bring home our new vehicle. The process couldn't have been any easier. There were no surprises once we got to the dealership. Everything was as agreed upon. We will be recommending Park Place Lexus and Khalid to our friends!

I had a great experience and Dennis was awesome! I appreciate his patience, he listened to what I was looking for and delivered it all. I usually get anxiety when dealing with car salesmen but Dennis made sure every detail was explained to me allowing me to make an informative decision. I was in and out within 2.5 hours which was awesome!
