My son lives in Texas, we are from New Orleans. Katrins introduced us to Texas, my son stood, and we returned home. He saw the car and thought it was an excellent fix for me. The interest was too high for me. So now I am in the process of searching for a better one at my Postal Credit Union. M. Collins was professional very helpful. She kept me informed on everything she is a pleasure. Because of the Labor Day holiday I will let her know something Tuesday if the car is still available.

And then when I was able to go as well, he was very good with communication in terms of his availability. He was patient, responsive, no games that car salesmen and managers can do, etc. He was flexible and fair and, honestly, will be my go-to for a car in the future.
