Salesman easy to work with

Everything was wonderful and the car buying experience was a breeze.

The salesman was great. Did not like the text I was sent to fill out, I guess for approval. All they had to do was check my credit, but was asked when I moved in my home, how much , and date I bought. I was not buying a home! My credit report should be enough, no one else had heard of asking the date I moved in my home! This is no one’s business!

Derek is extremely helpful and professional. And the Park Place experience has been great. However the lack of inventory is frustrating. Why not keep at least a few cars as test drivers, and why does a dealership exist if they have no inventory for me to look at? The whole point of a dealership, rather than direct to consumer is to exterminate wait times, and have something to see and experience. Why should I have to wait on a car that is merely similar to what I want to come in, and have to pay retail? If I have to wait, and color money to reserving said car, what good is the dealership? Why am I not specing my own car?

I like visit park place lexus. Because this is my 3rd time buying a car here. He is so kind & nice to us.and it is so nice Place. I like.
