Derek has a great personality and we had a great experience with him. He was very diligent in trying to fix any issues and make sure we were getting the best deal. I definitely recommend him to anyone who visits Park Place Lexus Grapevine

McKenzie was wonderful and made the experience hassle free.

Had an opportunity to work with a great sales person, Becky, who cares about client’s needs.

It was great

Was able to determine what safety features are on car vs what I wanted; made sure apple car play was a feature; was relatively easy to purchase and get financing completed. Still having issues when receive text message; car will not notify that received; I have to push messages icon and then select message before reads; asks if want to reply takes message and then says not able to complete since in vehicle. This is a MAJOR problem and apparently Lexus knows about it since it has been happening since 2023.

It was a pleasure to work with Katelyn and Dillon in the purchase of our new ES350 F Sport.

Excellent

Once I decided to move forward for my 5th Lexus I was introduced to Derrick Nicholson and he was off and running. Attentive to my wishes, was an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to find my car. He is an asset to Park Place Lexus.

The entire experience was amazing. Brian Safianow and Dennis were so accommodating with us driving down from north Texas. We got all of our numbers complete over the phone so it was seamless when we showed up. They were very attentive to our needs and truly cared about the experience. I would definitely recommend these guys as well as the park place grapevine dealership.

Dennis was amazing! Communicated through the entire ordering process and updated me on the status and eta whenever I asked. SUPER nice guy and great experience.
