At first it was not a good experience. We were not being help or acknowledged. We had previously bought a Lexus from park place a couple years back and wanted to buy from a dealer that really care about their customers. But Derrick Nicholson turn it all around. He listen to our frustration and made us feel at home. We were just going to look at cars and not buy. but after meeting Derrick and getting a 5 star service. He was not pushy and listen to what we really wanted. He was not sales person but an advisor to our needs and wants. The car was for my wife and she is really tuff customer picky and all.
