Everything went great. I got another RX 350 with John Hosler's help. He found me the car I wanted, (exterior, interior and level) as he always does. I was surprised to see it in the bay with a big red bow atop. That was fun. We come to Grapevine from West Texas about 5 hours away, so it is always good to have your car ready and waiting when we get there!

I found a vehicle on the Park Place Lexus Grapevine, and I messaged the dealership for interest. I was contacted by Rob H. and he scheduled a test drive appointment. Rob was very welcoming and honest about the purchase. It was my first time buying a vehicle, and he made me feel comfortable when I asked questions. It may have taken a day to close the deal, but I left happy with a good deal and a new vehicle! Thank you so much for your help, Rob. Everyone at the delaership was nice and had a great attitude!
