Was easy the entire way through the processDid most of it by phone, then picked up the car.

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience with Park Place lace Lexus because of the great Customer Service of our sales representative Talon he made everything seamless and easy we were able to get everything completed and done within a couple of hours in the car was ready and prepared for us. He explained everything. The dealership was clean and nice and organized. Everyone was friendly the tech person he explained everything to me and my husband so we could use our new Lexus truck properly and gave us their cards and told us to call if we needed any help. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales representative. Talon to my friends and family in the future.

Need to improve an update the Facility

The experience at park place seemed genuine and pleasant. Transactions were smooth and seamless. I enjoyed the fact that purchasing a vehicle here was not stressful and drawn out. The salesman John Holser was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very well to work with. I would buy another car with him being my Saleman. The Sales manager Danny Cantù also made a point to interact with us before and after the sale. He also was very professional. Him and John created a sense of family environment, one of the best interactions I’ve ever had at a dealership to include the finance department.
