My experience was satisfactory and I was especially pleased with the turnaround time re: inital contact and papeprwork completed at car purchase. I reached out to the dealership on Wenesday evening - my inquiry was returned Thursday morning - we completed the financing remotely Thursday evening. I picked up my cashier's check from my credit union on Friday and I flew to Dallas to pick up the car on Saturday morning. Even though he was ooo on Friday, Shane still replied promptly to my texts when I needed to confirm who the cashier's check needed to be made out to. I arrived at the dealership at 9:12 AM and was out of the door with my new car by 11:30 AM. Got back home to Houston around 4PM and the dealership had followed up again to make sure Shane had made that initial contact after I expressed interest on Wednesday evening. Shane was honest and professional and respectful of my time - I can't ask for more than that.
