McKensie is the very, very best!

Great Service

John Hoslier found us the GX550 over trail we wanted. Took a while but he was successful.

After totaling my RX that was purchased Nov 2023, Becky Gustafsson found me an almost identical new RX within days. She was in constant communication about the arrival time and we received excellent service when time to pay for and pick up our new RX.

Purchase procedure went smooth. The Bronco Sport makes an odd sound when making sharper turns. Since it's under warranty, so do I just take it to the local Ford Dealership.

Fixed the remote start but messed up clock

Micheal Moore is true professional. He handled everything very efficiency!

We had the pleasure of working with Dayron and he was fantastic. The best experience buying a car we have had, he was informative and knowledgeable and made sure we had a great experience. We will be back to buy all of our future cars from Day and Park Place Lexus Grapevine!

Returning my previously leased vehicle was a breeze. I had superb service from one of your very best representatives, Brian Safiano. He provided me with options, info, etc. to help me make the best choice. From start to finish, Brian was the epitome of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. He is a credit to your dealership - so much so that I travel 300 miles to work with him rather than the two Lexus dealerships here in San Antonio. Give him a raise!!!!
