Everything went very smoothly. Very happy with the leasing experience. Would definitely recommend Park Place Lexus and Katelyn Veshia to anyone needing a new car.

Jessica Martinez was terrific. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about my new TX 350. She kept me up to date on the progress of it being built and shipped.

It was smooth and great. I felt very comfortable.

E Z was very good to work with.

DYLAN knew his car, clear on details, smooth transaction. Good employee

Danny is absolutely amazing!

Derick Nicholson was the best & took care of all our needs. It is our 12th Lexus between my husband & I that we have purchased from Park Place Lexus Grapevine. The hole team at Park Place has always been friendly & accommodating. The customer service is part of what has made us Lexus car owners for life.

From start to finish easy process. Selected a car from incoming inventory, completed sale the day after the car arrived on the lot. Fast and easy thanks to sales staff.

I had a great experience, Courtney went above and beyond to make sure sure the purchasing process is a smooth for us,

Ezell ("EZ") Williamson is a pleasure to do business with. The whole car buying process can sometimes be a bit tedious, but EZ makes you feel comfortable and also that he is looking out for the customer's best interest, while at the same time also protecting profit margins, etc. for the dealership. A true professional.
