Dennis and Ash were both great. They were creative in finding us a way to get into a new car within our timeline. I was put off by the hard sale of add ons when we picked up our car though. Dennis took our answer and moved on, however, Zane came over to approach us as to why we were not purchasing any additional coverage. He did so in a very condescending manner. I appreciate that these add ons are offered and they are just doing their job, however, I would not expect such a hard sale on stuff like this at a dealership of this caliber. Zane’s approach felt like we were being swindled by a used car salesman.
