Shane was great from the first moment. I cold called one morning about a vehicle I saw online. He answered the phone and provided me the additional photos I requested. It was a 2.5 hour drive and it was worth every minute of the travel. Shane made the process seamless. My wife generally dislikes the whole car buying experience.
