Mr. Pfu was exceptional! While buying a car has generally lasted almost eight hours, Mr. Pfu continued to check on data and keep us updated. He was fantastic to work with. He insured the car was cleaned and full of gas.

JR answered all of our questions and made sure we received a great deal on our trade-in. Unfortunately 2 weeks after purchasing my NX350, it was severely damaged in a hail storm and rather than paying for the repairs, my insurance company declared my car as a total loss. Now I’m working with JR to buy another NX350, however the option that is most like the original I purchased won’t be available until June or July.
