Last Monday, I bought a used car off your lot. It had a couple scratches on the door that needed to be fixed. I paid in full with a check and my sales person said it might be done by the end of the week. He called me on Friday and said it might be done next Wednesday. He said he would call me on Monday and give me an update. It’s 3 o’clock on Monday and I still haven’t heard from him. I realize I probably bought the least expensive car on your lot, so I’m not a high priority. However, I still would like an update on when I could expect to have my car ready.

Bobby provided a great sales experience and even though I am out of state, Park Place will be at the top of my list of dealers for my next vehicle and one I would recommend to others.

The first sales person did not return my text. Mike Cotter stepped up and answered all my texts. We came in to the dealership and Mike completed all the paperwork. Zane also stepped in and made sure all my questions were answered and the sale was on track. Zane had the car prepared and in the inside sales area ready to go. We were in and out in no time.

I enjoyed my experience with Brian Safianow. He was a great assistant and helped me out with all my concerns.
