Sales person Joe Phu was waiting for me when I arrived. He had the vehicle I was interested in ready and parked in front. Joe spent all the time needed to familiarize me with the vehicle features and operation, including a long test drive. The whole purchasing experience went smoothly with no surprises. Everything was as agreed. This how the car buying process should be! Also, other employees at Park Place with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful. The facilities are very comfortable.
