Our second vehicle purchased with Michael Moore as salesman. He is informative, and very knowledgeable of all aspects of the Lexus line. Very helpful and listens and assists in the decision making process. He follows through on all promises.

Came in to test drive a vehicle and walked out with a new car. A few days later I had it back as there was a minor fix needed on the door seal. Dennis as my Sales Manager and he was friendly & knowledgeable, easy to work with. He was accommodating when I brought the car back to check out the issue, worked with the service department to get the vehicle looked at and fixed right away. Communicated clearly about timing and offered a loan car if needed. Service had the car fixed within the time frame communicated and both the Service department and Dennis contacted me when it was ready. Overall a great experience.
