Derrick was very professional and accommodating throughout our purchase experience. I would work with him again. We were disappointed with the after purchase portion, (tutorial). We were not offered the opportunity to take a picture with the new car bow, even when we inquired about it and saw others getting the “congratulations treatment”. It seemed like the deal was done and so was our experience.

Absolutely Amazing! I don't see myself buying a car from any other dealer.Our salesman Derrick Nicholson is the Best salesman I have ever dealt with.Yall were busy that day and close to closing and Derrick never once checked the time. He came across as a well known friend but he meant it.I especially liked that I did not have to go through any finance person for paperwork, Derrick handled everything.

I was very grateful for all of the help and assistance Amy Velasquez provided before I even arrived to the dealership. She was able to give me prequal numbers with a soft inquiry and closing costs so by the time I arrived, we didn't have to play the uncomfortable game of negotiations. I was only there at the dealership from 10:00-11:30am. She went over numbers with me line by line.My only suggestion for an upgrade would be a finance person there named Kevin. He was the individual who made all of the copies of paperwork for me after I signed it all in Amy's office. Amy walked me over to Kevin's office and asked him to review and make copies for me and he made it visibly clear that he was busy and didn't wish to do so at that time through huffing and sighing. He made Amy feel very uncomfortable and I felt her angst because she kept trying to make sure I didn't notice his rude behavior towards her. I could tell that we were infringing on his time and my first thought, "He doesn't realize that this is Park Place and there service is better than his disposition." I felt bad for her because she gave us optimal service and he brought it down significantly. I would come back to purchase a car from Amy, but not desire to impede on Kevin's time.Other than Kevin, my experience was optimal.
