I was very grateful for all of the help and assistance Amy Velasquez provided before I even arrived to the dealership. She was able to give me prequal numbers with a soft inquiry and closing costs so by the time I arrived, we didn't have to play the uncomfortable game of negotiations. I was only there at the dealership from 10:00-11:30am. She went over numbers with me line by line.My only suggestion for an upgrade would be a finance person there named Kevin. He was the individual who made all of the copies of paperwork for me after I signed it all in Amy's office. Amy walked me over to Kevin's office and asked him to review and make copies for me and he made it visibly clear that he was busy and didn't wish to do so at that time through huffing and sighing. He made Amy feel very uncomfortable and I felt her angst because she kept trying to make sure I didn't notice his rude behavior towards her. I could tell that we were infringing on his time and my first thought, "He doesn't realize that this is Park Place and there service is better than his disposition." I felt bad for her because she gave us optimal service and he brought it down significantly. I would come back to purchase a car from Amy, but not desire to impede on Kevin's time.Other than Kevin, my experience was optimal.

So easy to work with

Former employee years ago at Park Place and knew I wasn’t going to buy from anywhere else- still the same service and lovely experience. I think I was in & out in less than 3 hours!

I called about a vehicle I was interested in. The salesman I talked with treated me very respectfully. I am female, and I never felt as though he were speaking down to me or being condescending which is super important. We talked about what I wanted and why this specific vehicle was of interest, my trade-in (and they knew my car). I did not really need a new car, but I had driven the NX and liked it. I had done my homework, knew how much I wanted to spend out of pocket, and was happy to walk away if my expectations weren't met. In past experiences, the dealerships I've dealt with at this point start acting slimy, but the folks at Park Place Lexus Grapevine did not. They were very up front, negotiated by sharing information, the process was comfortable, I did not feel pressured, and I ended up feeling heard, respected, and very good about buying the car and working with this dealership. So, when I actually showed up they handed me the paperwork and everything was just as they said on the phone. And they even had a big bow on the roof of the car which was fun! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I really appreciated it.

Joe was wonderful to work with and finding the right SUV for us. Very attentive to detail, and we appreciated his willingness to accommodate our schedule due to us living in Houston.
