Last Monday, I bought a used car off your lot. It had a couple scratches on the door that needed to be fixed. I paid in full with a check and my sales person said it might be done by the end of the week. He called me on Friday and said it might be done next Wednesday. He said he would call me on Monday and give me an update. It’s 3 o’clock on Monday and I still haven’t heard from him. I realize I probably bought the least expensive car on your lot, so I’m not a high priority. However, I still would like an update on when I could expect to have my car ready.

I went to Park Place Lexus Grapevine due to an interest of getting the new Lexus IS500.And we partnered up with Brandon Chong throughout the entire process and he was excellent to work with! He answered all of our questions, was very transparent, and made sure that we were fully taken care of! Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership so far!
