The overall Experience from enquiry through delivery was excellent. Mike Cotter was very prompt / responsive and helpful through out the Sales experience.One suggestion though is to have a little transparency on some of the charges (Tint, Additional Vehicle protection) upfront , which I was not aware until closing the deal.

First, I commend the dealership as the atmosphere of "uniqueness" is set from the moment you enter the doors. Everyone is friendly and there was no feeling of pushiness. My saleman, Ezel only elevated the experience of awesomeness as he made my purchase seamless. He listened to what I wanted and delivered on all requests. He didn't try to tell me what he thought I needed, but showed me a car I had desired. I had decided I wanted to trade my 2016 GX460 for a 2023, but dreaded having to go through the car buying process, but this was different.
