Effortless!

It was a the most comfortable experience we’ve had at any dealership. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Fernando was great! He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Not sure which visit this survey pertains to - the recent purchase or subsequent service for sunroof repair as I’ve filled out several surveys now. All visits to Park Place Lexus have been exemplary. Anthony Wilkins handled my service call and was great, very professional and courteous. Service was completed quickly and a loaner vehicle provided during the weekend wait. Elliott McCray was very helpful once again, and both he and Anthony are a pleasure to deal with. My wife had been spoiled by one of your competitors in the past and was was not impressed with Park Place after stopping by to look at cars a few months ago, however, she has definitely changed her opinion now.
