I waited in your showroom for about 10 before the GM saw me & my dog n came over. Believe his name was Charlie. He was nice but turned me over to Rueben. Advised both of them that I was in market for a 2024 RX 350 with a Copper Crest exterior n a non black interior. It was b4 noon.Rueben advised he’d get Charlie to shoot me a price. Didn’t hear anything for 8 hrs, I’m still in market

No complaints. The waiting room was very nice, peanuts, water, coffee available.
