I recently purchased a new GX460 working with Joe Phu. Joe communicated status on the vehicle arrival and made the purchase experience easy, no pressure and showed multiple vehicles to help us decide colors and options. Unfortunately the day after I took delivery, there was a leak under the car. Fred Guiette apologized for the issue on a new car and took care of issue. Fred communicated status and had an overall inspection done to make sure everything is good. I was concerned to find an issue with a brand new car, both Joe and Fred communicated with me so I am aware of what’s going on and how it was resolved.
