I bought a brand-new vehicle 2025 Lexus 350 F sport and delivered it on December 31, 2025. When the vehicle delivered, I was asked the salesperson to make sure all about the vehicle specifications options installed from the factory properly installed everything's. The answered was YES! I trusted and not bother to double check again. Unfortunately, I drove the vehicle home and double check the next day that I found out three items vehicle's specification features didn't install from the factory as a purchased agreement (The Dashcam, Illuminate Trunk Sill, and a Quick Charger Cable not in the vehicle). I contacted the salesperson on the Friday 2nd and scheduled with the services department. She didn't bother to reply to my text until now and look like just Shake Hand off after the deal closed and vehicle drove off the lot. I came to the service department twice and the service Advisor I was scheduled didn't show up to work, and I had waited for long time for service advisor is open for my turn. Finally, Mr. Mike Rogers came up help me with the problems and took care the Dashcam installed and I got the charger cable. The last issue is still pending to wait on the Lexus factory. Mr. Mike is very professional and care as a service advisor. Overall, I was very disappointed about no responsibility after the sale was made and shake hand off like that! I will never buy vehicles from this place ever again. I didn't ask anything free from this place! This is no responsibility and respectful of your clients.

it was fine. Nothing special but Sales Rep was great. G'Kheria I have put down money forreservation for car that is in transit. Dont know why it is taking so long to get here.
