Danny Cantu our salesman was wonderful and guided us through the test drive and coming back and finally deciding to purchase our first new Lexus TX. He is very professional and a good sales representative. However the one negative with our car buying experience at Park Place Lexus was with the finance process. We have excellent credit and were told the best rate offered by the finance manager was over 8%. We reluctantly agreed to that rate. That evening we did our homework and found a loan with a rate more than 2% cheaper. We called back to inform the finance department that we are using our own financing. Minutes after that call the finance manager called and offered us a similar rate (less than 2% cheaper.) So the finance manager was not honest with us the day before when he said we were given the best rate they could offer. We were negotiating in good faith with your finance people and didn’t appreciate the deception and dishonesty of your finance manager. Please in the future give the best possible rate when asked in negotiations with the customer. We definitely wouldn’t use Lexus financing or Toyota Credit in the future due to this experience. We will always get outside financing. However we will always use Danny Cantu as our Lexus sales representative when we are ready for another vehicle. He really was wonderful to work with.

Bought from Park Place before, then I wreck that vehicle. My son-in-law wanted me in the same vehicle type I had for the protection..
