Most wonderful experience and smooth as things can go.

I had worked with Derrick Nicholson previously, and I returned because of his excellent attention and professionalism. He and Park Place Lexus made my experience, simple and relatively seamless.

Brian Safianow did an exceptional job helping us with our purchase. He was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and thorough in the delivery.

I recently purchased a new GX460 working with Joe Phu. Joe communicated status on the vehicle arrival and made the purchase experience easy, no pressure and showed multiple vehicles to help us decide colors and options. Unfortunately the day after I took delivery, there was a leak under the car. Fred Guiette apologized for the issue on a new car and took care of issue. Fred communicated status and had an overall inspection done to make sure everything is good. I was concerned to find an issue with a brand new car, both Joe and Fred communicated with me so I am aware of what’s going on and how it was resolved.

Worked with Brian Savianow. He was polite, cordial and listened to our requirements for our next auto purchase.

Great Sales Person. Good timely service and great car.The dash on the 350 that I purchased has a seam that I have to continually snap together. Can you tell me how to make it stay together?

very kind... explain good!!

Dennis and Reuben were both amazing. This is our 4 purchase from Park Place Lexus Grapevine and we keep coming back! Great customer service, attention to detail, and always extremely helpful.

Randall was very professional, listened to what I was looking for in a car, and was a pleasure to work with during the buying process.
