I had a wonderful experience at Park Place Lexus Grapevine- it wasn’t what I expected at all. It’s been 10+ years since I purchased my last car and I was expecting it to be an unpleasant experience. Becky was amazing. She gave me great information about the options I was considering and she made the financing part seamless. Everyone in the building I encountered was helpful and kind. I’ve spoken about my experience to friends and family so they keep in mind when their time comes to purchase a vehicle.
