Well, it turned out to be pretty fast and unexpected. I was out for my first search for a new vehicle - I've been driving a 2004 Toyota Sienna for 19 years, and heading to the Toyota dealership - and knew it was time to replace it. My daughter and I stopped at Park Place just to "look," at her prodding, and the 2nd car I saw, I felt sure was the one I wanted. I'm almost 78, and my daughter wanted me to have a safer, reliable, and easy to maintain vehicle. Joe Phu was there to help us. He was informative, professional, and kind... very nice to work with. We came back the next day and purchased it.

We had originally just come to look at the hybrid and see how big it was. Then we met Ash and he was so friendly and started showing us what he had and what they do. We were in a hurry but needed to bring out ES350I’m the next week for a recall, and ended up in a loaner. So we drove it back to Waco and really got interested. When we returned it, Ash made us a deal.
